Nexus Place is located on the east side of Farringdon Street in the City of London. It originally provided 103,000 sq ft of office space over 8 floors. In 2007, Tishman Speyer acquired the asset to undertake a full refurbishment including new cladding and MEP to reposition the asset as new build. The refurbishment included an extension of the existing office accommodation to provide a building of 157,000 sq ft over lower ground, ground and 12 upper floors, an overall increase of 54,000 sq ft including four additional storeys. New energy efficient plant allows the building to have a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.

The Farringdon Street facade has been clad in aluminium and glass. Other improvements include a courtyard garden, terrace on the 9th floor and a new reception.

The development is very well located to transport links including the City Thameslink station at Ludgate Circus, and within a ten minute walk to Farringdon tube station which supports multiple tube lines and which will be a stop on the Crossrail (East to West link through London).
