We believe in cities

We believe in the proximity of talent and opportunity that has drawn people into urban centers for centuries. We believe the magic of cities gives birth to ideas, creates culture, and inspires change. We believe in cities, and we act on our beliefs. In the summer and autumn of 2020, during some of the darkest days of the COVID-19 pandemic, we were out in the market expanding on our commitment to cities and investing in eternal places like Paris. Within just a few months, we closed on each of these unique opportunities.

Tour Cristal is one of the few high-rise towers in the heart of Paris. Standing on the banks of the Seine, the building offers one-of-a-kind, spectacular views of the city. We plan to work with Bjark Ingels Group to inject our technical, commercial, and hospitality know-how, and offer state-of-the-art office space and amenities. It’s the beginning of a great adventure at Tour Cristal.

History meets renewal

Odéon is a prime Haussmannian office and retail building in the heart of historical Paris. This magnificent property was an originally small, independent, 19th-century building and possibly the birthplace of poet Charles Baudelaire. Located on Boulevard Saint-Germain, you can feel the history and the opportunity for reinvention in this unique, rare opportunity. We’ll respectfully enhance Odéon through a renovation scheme that responds to the new way of working, showing how reuse fuels a city.

A human-scale campus at the gateway to the city

CAMPUS is an iconic office campus at the doorstep of Paris with a strong architectural identity and real estate fundamentals. Designed by renowned French architect Christian de Portzamparc, CAMPUS has six interconnected buildings positioned to maximize access to natural light. We see enormous potential in this property with its abundance of private green spaces, proximity to the Seine, flexibility, and efficiency.

A temple of creation

The Magasins Generaux building, located in Pantin, was an industrial warehouse that became a canvas for local and international graffiti artists, creating a “Cathedral of Graffiti.” Building on this heritage, the property is a new temple of creation, with state-of-the art offices and amenities that houses one of the leaders of the digital and advertising industry. Magasins Generaux is a true next-generation office building with high-quality and comfortable space within a vibrant community.
