We’ve been helping customers answer that question since 1989 when we made our first investment into a residential property. Since then, we’ve served a wide variety of populations to meet their specific needs. From building housing for the homeless, to redefining a neighborhood with a luxury tower, we are committed to bettering the everchanging landscape of our cities and its residents.
While in development, we collaborated with the City of San Francisco and San Francisco’s Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure to increase the allowable height and unlock additional land value that could then be returned as affordable units. We also conducted outreach to local communities and partnered with Homeownership SF to support first-time home buyers and ensure a diverse representation of lottery applications. Now complete, MIRA achieves 40% affordability.
