Better today, better tomorrow

Our better today will mean a better tomorrow. Beginning in 2016, we build all new properties to a minimum LEED Silver certification with a target of LEED Gold or higher. We are committed to both the United Nation’s Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI), and to achieving net zero operational carbon emissions across our global portfolio by 2050 or sooner. Sustainability is at the core of what we do, and our solutions will empower communities to move forward with comfort and confidence.
