Enterprise Research Campus

Overview

Enterprise Research Campus (ERC), a dynamic, mixed-use development in the heart of Boston’s Allston neighborhood. The first phase of the ERC will encompass cutting edge lab space, rental residences – 25% of which will be affordable, a hotel, David Rubenstein Treehouse conference center, and 2 acres of publicly-accessible open space. We are proud to partner with the Harvard-Allston Land Company on this hub for creativity, research, and culture. The ERC is adjacent to the Harvard Business School and Harvard Science and Engineering Complex and will include local retail and actively programmed open spaces that will host an array of public events, such as farmer’s markets, concerts and outdoor fitness classes.
