Wolfram Lehr joined Tishman Speyer in 2012 and is currently responsible for development and redevelopment activities across various projects in Berlin, Frankfurt, and Hamburg. In this role, he works alongside the firm’s local teams on projects’ pro forma and business plans, coordinating design and construction, leasing and marketing, and relationships with stakeholders. Wolfram is also responsible for pursuing new opportunities in the Dutch market.
