Valerie Peltier joined Tishman Speyer in 1995 as part of the Acquisitions and Development group, and since then has been responsible for the planning, development, and construction of several major projects. Notably, she was responsible for leading the development of the $1.5 billion Yankee Stadium in the Bronx. Valerie is chairman of the New York Community Trust and a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Museum of Natural History, where she chairs the Buildings and Grounds Committee. She graduated from Harvard and received her JD from Columbia University School of Law.
