Steve Ricci joined Tishman Speyer in 2023 to lead corporate and regional Human Capital Management operations across the firm’s U.S. business. In this role he provides oversight for employee relations, benefits, and other HCM related matters. He also partners across functions on broader talent development and training initiatives.
