Samantha Augarten joined Tishman Speyer in 2008 and is currently responsible for office leasing efforts across several assets in the firm’s New York portfolio including 300 Park, Cityspire, 666 Third Avenue, and 175 Varick. She began her tenure with the firm as part of the analyst program and has since focused on leasing for several of Tishman Speyer's signature properties including Rockefeller Center. Samantha is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York. She holds a BBA from University of Wisconsin-Madison in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
