Paddy Bingham joined Tishman Speyer in 2025 and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s European Core Plus strategy. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Paddy was Managing Director of Morgan Stanley’s Prime Property Fund Europe. Earlier, he served as Managing Director at Invesco Real Estate, where he led one of the largest open-ended funds in Europe, and held senior investment roles at Henderson Global Investors, Legal & General, and Healey & Baker. Paddy holds a BA in Land Economy from Cambridge University and a BSc in Economics from Loughborough University.
