Nan Li joined Tishman Speyer Acquisitions in 2009 and is currently the General Manager for The Springs project. In this role, she focuses on the development’s investment and disposition, asset management, and JV partner and fund investor relationships. She also leads the portfolio management and investor relations functions of the firm’s U.S. denominated China Fund. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Nan worked at Crédit Suisse in Hong Kong, focusing on commercial real estate investment in China, onshore/offshore financing, and syndications.
