Michael Fife joined Tishman Speyer in 2026 and focuses on originations for the firm's U.S. debt platform. In this role, he is responsible for commercial real estate loans tied to residential, industrial, life science, office and other mixed-use projects and portfolios across the United States' top cities. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Michael spent more than 11 years at Ladder Capital, where he originated and underwrote transitional loans, CMBS financings, note acquisitions, and joint venture equity investments.
