Michael Alderman joined Tishman Speyer in 2024 to lead the development of industrial projects across the U.S. Previously, Michael worked for Hillwood where he was responsible for sourcing and executing industrial development, acquisition and partnering opportunities across ten U.S. States. He also spent time at Liberty Property Trust where he oversaw development, leasing, property management and capital budgeting for a large portfolio of industrial buildings.
