Matthew Biss is responsible for managing Tishman Speyer’s design and construction activities within the western United States. Matt joined Tishman Speyer in 2000 and during his tenure, has worked on signature development projects in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Recently completed ground up developments include The Collective and The Brickyard in Los Angeles and Foundry Square III, 222 Second Street, Lumina, and Mira - all located in downtown San Francisco.
