Martin Simonneau joined Tishman Speyer in 2011 and is currently responsible for Tishman Speyer’s activities in the U.K. as well as Debt Capital Markets across Europe. In his Debt Capital Markets role, he is responsible for all debt financing and hedging activities related to funds, new acquisitions, development projects, and existing properties in the region.
