Martin Simonneau joined Tishman Speyer in 2011 and is currently responsible for the firm’s activities in the U.K. including overseeing acquisition, disposition, development, and asset management efforts. Prior to his current position, he was the head of Tishman Speyer’s Debt Capital Markets across Europe, leading all debt financing and hedging activities related to funds, new acquisitions, development projects, and existing properties in the region.
