Janet Giuliani is responsible for all leasing activities for the three Bala Plaza office buildings and acts as liaison between investors, local commissioners, attorneys, and architects. She is currently playing a lead role in the redevelopment of the project. In her original role at Tishman Speyer, Janet was instrumental in the successful rezoning of City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.
