Enis Aryas is responsible for Tishman Speyer’s activities in the U.K., having joined in 2012 to help the firm establish its business in Turkey. In 2015, Enis moved to London to pursue acquisitions across European markets where Tishman Speyer did not already have a presence. In that role, Enis explored acquisition opportunities in Madrid, Milan, Amsterdam, Dublin, and London, leading the firm’s re-entry into Madrid after 15 years and a new opportunity in London’s trendy Angel Square neighborhood.
