Dave Lapidus joined Tishman Speyer in 2015 and is currently responsible for growing the company’s industrial platform throughout the U.S. Prior to this role, Dave focused on the firm’s office, life science, residential and mixed-use acquisitions throughout Southern California. Before joining Tishman Speyer, he was with McCarthy Cook & Co. for 13 years, most recently as senior vice president focused on acquisitions in California, Denver, Phoenix and Seattle.
