Chris Shehadeh is responsible for overseeing Tishman Speyer’s activities in the New York region and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Since joining the company in 2000, Chris has been responsible for transactions totaling over $18 billion. Today, he oversees the acquisition, development, disposition, and operations of the New York area business—a portfolio of approximately 25 million square feet, with an additional 5 million square feet of development pipeline.
