Carl Shannon joined Tishman Speyer in 1998 and became Senior Advisor in 2024. He is a member of the Investment Committee. During his tenure, Carl was responsible for Tishman Speyer’s portfolio in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Pacific Northwest. He developed many signature properties and oversaw Mission Rock, partnering with the San Francisco Giants to create a new neighborhood on the waterfront. He also led residential projects including both market and affordable homes.
