Brad Turk joined Tishman Speyer in 2007 and is the general counsel for the firm’s U.S. business, responsible for legal activities throughout the United States. Prior to joining, he was a partner at the law firm Herrick, Feinstein LLP in New York, where he represented developers, lenders, operators, and equity funds on the acquisition, development, financing, and sale of commercial, residential, and hospitality real estate assets. Brad earned a BA from Duke University and a JD from New York University School of Law.
