Austin Gelbard joined Tishman Speyer in 2015 and is responsible for leading Tishman Speyer’s development at the 178-acre Hazelwood Green project in Pittsburgh, including Carnegie Mellon University’s “Robotics Innovation Center” and University of Pittsburgh’s “BioForge.” Austin began his tenure with Tishman Speyer in Design & Construction working across several projects, including early design work for the Rockefeller Center redevelopment. He was also involved in the early conception of the firm’s Studio and ZO businesses. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Austin worked for Anbau Enterprises developing luxury condominiums in New York.
