Art Lowenfish joined Tishman Speyer in 1995 and is responsible for the company’s Global Accounting functions. Previously, he was the asset manager for the portfolio of operating properties in the New York area. Art began his career in the Accounting department and later was the financial director for Rockefeller Center. He serves on the Goodman Center Advisory Council for Real Estate at Lehigh University. Art holds a BS in accounting from Lehigh University.
