Andres Perez joined Tishman Speyer in 2016 and is a member of the Equity Capital Markets team, focusing on global new product development across all the firms’ regions and asset classes. He also oversees the firm’s private bank relationships in the U.S. Andres previously worked in the firm’s Portfolio Management group, covering Tishman Speyer’s current and prospective investments across Brazil.
