People Strategy

Internal Programming
We provide employees with programming and communication channels to expand knowledge and understanding and provide space for inclusivity to thrive. This includes speaker series, moderated conversations and reading circles.
Employee Training
We have also implemented unconscious bias training for employees worldwide, believing strongly that building an inclusive work environment is vital, and mitigating bias in interactions and decision-making is a crucial step.
