Plaza East I and II are well-located in the financial district of downtown Milwaukee, within walking distance of Lake Michigan, and close to regional transportation hubs and several high-end hotels, a performing arts centre, and other location attractions. The buildings were constructed in 1982 and 1984 and were designed by architect Helmut Jahn.
