Tishman Speyer Sells Two Alliance Center for $152.3 Million

Atlanta, Georgia September 20, 2012

Tishman Speyer, one of the world’s leading real estate developers and owners, has sold Two Alliance Center, the trophy-class office tower in Atlanta’s Buckhead submarket that it had developed and successfully leased. The property, which is currently 92 percent leased, was sold for a gross purchase price of $152.3 million, or $310 per square foot, offset by certain closing credits totaling $6.4 million.

Two Alliance was completed in mid-2009, immediately taking a dominant position on the Buckhead skyline and outperforming its competitors by attracting a roster of world-class tenants. It stands at Buckhead’s top office location, featuring visually stunning and efficient design elements, along with dramatic skyline views. The building offers covered parking, an array of first-class on-site amenities, and direct or convenient access to GA 400, Peachtree Road, MARTA public transportation and Atlanta’s finest shopping, cuisine and world-class hotels.

Shortly after completion, the property was the first in Buckhead to receive the LEED Gold designation by the U.S. Green Building Council.
