Steve Iorio
Managing Director
Acquisitions – New York
Mr. Iorio is responsible for overseeing acquisitions in the New York region, pan-regional portfolio transactions, and other potential investment opportunities for the company. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer in 2008, he spent 10 years with Goldman, Sachs & Co. having worked for both the Investment Banking Division and the Real Estate Principal Investment Area (Whitehall). While with Whitehall, Mr. Iorio spent time in both London and New York, and was responsible for executing a wide variety of transactions across product types and geographies. He graduated from Georgetown University in 1998 with a degree in finance. |
