Kerr Bray
Managing Director Fund Manager – Tishman Speyer Office Fund

Mr. Bray is fund manager of the Tishman Speyer Office Fund and is based in Sydney. Mr. Bray oversees the ongoing activities, investments, finance and communication of the Fund. Prior to his role as fund manager, Mr. Bray was a member of the Equity Capital Markets group where he was responsible for client relationships and capital raising activities in Australia and Asia. Mr. Bray joined Tishman Speyer in June 2001 as senior director in the portfolio management group based in London, where he was responsible for executing the firm’s core investment strategies in Europe. In this capacity, he oversaw both investor relations and portfolio management activities, including new acquisitions as well as the asset management of existing properties. Mr. Bray’s past experiences include a role as fund manager for a listed property trust at ING Real Estate in Australia. Mr. Bray graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1991 with a degree in commerce and finance, and is a chartered accountant.
