Theodore J. Koltis
Managing Director
Leasing
Mr. Koltis joined Tishman Speyer in the fall of 2003 and is a managing director. He is responsible for the leasing of over 13 million square feet in New York and Connecticut.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Mr. Koltis was with Tishman Real Estate Services and before that with Insignia/ESG, Inc. (currently known as CB Richard Ellis) in their consulting group.
Mr. Koltis graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. and received his M.B.A. from Columbia University. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. |
