Bernard Penaud
Managing Director
Regional Director – France
Mr. Penaud is responsible for Tishman Speyer's activities in France. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer in early 2006, Mr. Penaud was co-head of European acquisitions at JPMorgan for two years, supervising activities for the JPMorgan European Property Fund in Western Continental Europe. Prior to his role as co-head, he was in charge of real estate acquisitions in France for the Peabody funds, co-managed by JPMorgan and the O'Connor group. Previously, he worked for Arthur Andersen, Unibail and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Penaud graduated in 1988 from ENS Arts & Metiers, France, with an engineering degree, and he received a master's degree in business from ESCP in 1990. |
