Chris Shehadeh
Managing Director
Development
Mr. Shehadeh has overall responsibility for Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village (ST and PCV), a 50/50 joint-venture between Tishman Speyer and BlackRock Realty. As head of ST and PCV he is responsible for managing and directing the redevelopment strategy and day-to-day operations of the project. Since joining Tishman Speyer in 2000, Mr. Shehadeh has held leadership roles in leasing, asset management, development and acquisitions; including directing the retail efforts at Rockefeller Center, the redevelopment of Colorado Center in Santa Monica, the Top of the Rock Observation Deck development at Rockefeller Center. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Mr. Shehadeh graduated with a BS in engineering from Boston University in 1992, and earned an MBA in finance from New York University in 2000. |
