Frederick Kelly
Managing Director
Global Dept Capital Markets
Mr. Kelly is responsible for Tishman Speyer’s global Debt Capital Markets activities, including oversight of debt financings across the U.S. and Emerging Markets. He also is responsible for managing the firm’s relationships with debt capital providers worldwide. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Mr. Kelly was the Chief Investment Officer for Brookfield Properties Corp., where he had responsibility for Brookfield’s investment and financing activities. Prior to Brookfield, Mr. Kelly spent 14 years in senior financing positions with Merrill Lynch and Chase where he specialized in real estate debt advisory, large loan CMBS structuring and origination, and real estate syndicated lending. Mr. Kelly graduated with distinction from California State University in 1985 and earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 1987. |
