Thomas Farrell

Mr. Farrell directs Tishman Speyer’s design and construction activities worldwide. Since joining Tishman Speyer in 1995 he has had a leadership role in high-rise projects such as the North Tower in Sao Paolo, the Hearst Tower in New York, and also other major New York Projects including the re-development of the retail areas and public spaces of Rockefeller Center and also a headquarters project for a global investment bank in downtown Manhattan. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer in 1995, Mr. Farrell spent over nine years managing the design and construction of major projects with Olympia & York (O&Y). During his tenure with O&Y Mr. Farrell served as Project Director for Phase 2 of the Canary Wharf project in London and also the Santa Fe Project in Mexico City. He also sits on the boards of the New York Building Congress and the ACE Mentor Program of Greater New York. Mr. Farrell holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College and is a Licensed Professional Engineer.
