Steven R. Wechsler
Senior Managing Director
Co-Head of Acquisitions, Dispositions, Equity Capital Markets, and Joint-Venture Transactions; Regional Director – New York
Mr. Wechsler is jointly responsible for supervising and coordinating Tishman Speyer's acquisition program throughout the United States, its global dispositions program and its equity capital and joint-venture programs. He also directs the company’s activities in the New York region. He is a member of the Management, Investment, Executive and Compensation committees. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer upon its inception, Mr. Wechsler was a vice president of Tishman Realty & Construction Co., Inc. Mr. Wechsler serves on the Advisory Board of Columbia Business School's MBA Real Estate program, and is a trustee of the Teachers College, Columbia University. Mr. Wechsler graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo and received an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. |
