Dana Norris
Managing Director
Global Human Capital Management
Ms. Norris joined Tishman Speyer in 2002 and is responsible for our global people strategy and leadership development. In this role she oversees senior level recruiting, our leadership development program, and human resource activities across the company. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, she was at McKinsey and Co. for 14 years, first as a management consultant and then leading professional development and staffing in New York. Ms. Norris graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in ergonomics and received her MBA from MIT/Sloan School of Management in 1988. |
