Theodore U. Schweitzer
Managing Director
Chief of Staff, Assistant to the Chairman
Mr. Schweitzer works for the Chairman of the company as his chief of staff. He joined Tishman Speyer in January 2000, as Associate General Counsel. From 2002 – 2003, he was responsible for the company's global asset dispositions. In 2005 and 2006 Mr. Schweitzer helped negotiate a joint venture with a subsidiary of ICICI Bank and fund raise for a new business in India. Mr. Schweitzer is a member of the Executive Committee of the ULI New York District Council and a member of the New York Presbyterian Hospital Planned Giving Advisory Council. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Mr. Schweitzer was an associate at Shearman & Sterling. He received his BA from Columbia College in 1991 and his JD from Columbia Law School in 1994. |
