Victoria L. Noonan

Ms. Noonan has been the regional leasing director for the Tishman Speyer’s Chicago, IL portfolio since 2000. She is responsible for leading and coordinating the company's leasing efforts for over 12 million rsf in Chicago, its suburbs and Milwaukee. Her team consists of 9 leasing professionals including 6 licensed brokers.

Ms. Noonan joined Tishman Speyer upon its inception in 1978, and became an office leasing broker for the company in 1984. She was a founding member of CREI, Chicago Real Estate Education Initiative, providing in-school classes and mentoring for high school juniors and seniors. Today, Ms. Noonan sits on the Board of Directors of SGA Youth & Family Services, which provides mental health and prevention services to Chicago’s most impoverished communities. She is also a past president and current member of the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association. Ms. Noonan is a member of the Board of Directors of BOMA Chicago and Chairman of the Real Estate Tax Governance Committee. Ms. Noonan graduated from DePaul University in 1980 and received her J.D. from IIT-Kent College of Law in 1984.
