Todd S. Rich
Managing Director
Acquisitions
Mr. Rich leads Tishman Speyer's acquisitions efforts in the Washington DC region. Previously, Mr. Rich led Tishman Speyer's asset management platform in Chicago, with oversight of 13 million square feet of prime office real estate. He has worked in Tishman Speyer's London office, focusing on asset management for UK and European properties, and in Tishman Speyer's New York Office. Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Rich worked for JP Morgan Partners in New York. He is a member of the ULI Young Leaders Group and has served both on the BOMA/Chicago Labor Relations Committee and as a Trustee of the Joint Security Officers Training Fund. Mr. Rich also served on the Executive Council of the Cara Program, a nonprofit organization focused on fighting homelessness. He graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University and was a US Fulbright Scholar, living in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. |
