Located directly off the intersection of GA 400 and Lenox Road, it provides a direct connection to the Atlanta Airport. Access by foot to the Buckhead MARTA station is under design now.
Clad with silver blue reflective glass, accented with blue pearl granite, One Alliance Center is a captivating presence on the Buckhead skyline. It was designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart & Stewart Associates and provides a rectangular floor plate that offers efficient space design in the 25,000 square feet plus floor plates. The design includes a sweeping crescent roofline intersecting the rectangular tower. As you enter the two story lobby through the structural glass exterior wall, you are immediately aware of the handsomely detailed lobby which includes marble, granite, wood, stainless steel finishes and coffered ceiling.
