The Forum will become New York City’s next great meeting place, a new town square for the Far West Side. An architecturally stunning urban space enlivened by retail, public art and events, the Forum will draw neighborhood residents, office workers, shoppers, tourists and New Yorkers to the Hudson Yards throughout the year.

The Forum will link the City's new Hudson Boulevard and Park with the landscaped gardens and parks of the West Yards, providing direct views of the Hudson River and the Midtown Manhattan skyline. Facing the Forum, a new cultural venue provides an anchor for the High Line and Hudson Boulevard.

Descending down from the Forum, the New York Steps, a contemporary reinterpretation of the Spanish Steps in Rome, provide landscaped seating terraces with views of the gardens, parks, and the river beyond.
